Matthew 21:1-22 – The Narrow Path Versus The Multitudes

Jesus is beginning to complete His earthly ministry and is heading into Jerusalem. As the disciples help prepare for Jesus’ final journey, we see the preparation details had been set up in advance by God. God does all things after the counsel of His own will. We will notice on this final week how the multitudes of people were worshiping Jesus on His entry into Jerusalem, only to see the following Friday their cries to crucify Him. We should never be led by what the crowd seems to be following but seek the narrow path that Jesus says leads to life. It will seem sometimes we are alone, yet Jesus promises never to leave us or forsake us.
