Today we study God’s heart regarding sharing the wealth He has given to us. Israel really lost focus with regard to their personal relationship with the God, who miraculously delivered them from bondage. Malachi discusses how God sees and challenges Israel to realize the privilege and responsibility they have to invest in God’s Kingdom. God has given the principle of sowing and reaping throughout the scriptures relating to sin as well as blessings. We are taught in the NT that God desires people to share their wealth with Him, not out of constraint, but with a cheerful heart. We get to be blessed by God for being part of the spreading of His Gospel that saved us so that others may know Jesus. God gave us the power to acquire wealth and He challenges us to try the principle of sowing abundantly that we might also reap abundantly.
