Corinth was, at the time, the third-leading City of the Roman Empire. It was a very immoral city with 26 pagan temples. The focus of the book is developing a biblical Christian Worldview: the wisdom of Christ versus the wisdom of this world. How to live as a Christian in a Pagan world—sounds familiar?
